- The rental duration and agreed-upon return period are specified in the rental contract. The vehicle must be returned before the agreed-upon time and date. Extensions should be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
2. Vehicle Conditions:
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Any additional damage or excess wear may be subject to additional charges.
3. Fuel:
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply, as per our current rates.
4. Cleaning:
- It is expected that the vehicle is returned in clean conditions. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is exceptionally dirty upon return.
5. Late Returns:
- Late returns may be subject to additional charges. We recommend contacting us if you anticipate any delays to discuss available options.
6. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations should be made in advance. Refund policies vary depending on the notice period for cancellation. Please consult our customer service team for detailed information.
7. Accident or Road Incident Report:
- In the event of an accident or road incident, it is imperative to notify us immediately to coordinate insurance procedures. We will provide necessary assistance and guide the process efficiently.
8. Return Inspection:
- A vehicle inspection will be conducted upon return. Any discrepancies will be documented and discussed with the customer.
